As the 10 Rotary Clubs in Phuket held a joint club presidents installation ceremony at The Pago Design Hotel Phuket on July 12, Carol-Ann ‘Cabbie’ Rein took the reins as President of the Rotary Club of Patong Beach, the only English-language Rotary club on the island.
