The arrest was made under the ‘No Drugs, No Dealers’ campaign, in line with the Ministry of Interior’s policy to create drug-free communities.

Thalang Police Station’s investigative team, led by Pol Lt Col Suchart Luecha, apprehended the suspect ‒ named by police as Hack Mitwong ‒ at a petrol station in Baan Para, Pa Khlok, on Saturday (Aug 9).

Police seized 1,250 ya bah pills, 6.8 grammes of crystal meth, and a grey Infinix mobile phone.

Mr Hack was taken to Thalang Police Station, where he was charged with possession of a Category 1 narcotic with intent to sell, an offence deemed a commercial act likely to spread among the public and threaten national security or public safety.
