PHUKET: The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced that the electricity supply will be temporarily shut off in parts of Sakoo tomorrow (Jan 16) as work is carried out on installing new high-voltage cables.

The areas to be affected by the power outage, from 9am to 2pm, are from Soi Bangmalao 2 to Nai Yang Beach Resort and Spa, including Soi Bangmalao 2, 2/1, 2/2, 2/3 and the front of The Slate hotel.
In its announcement, the PEA apologised for any inconvenience caused while the work is carried out.
