Power outage will be from 9am to 4:30pm, in order to relocate high-voltage power cables, the PEA said in its announcement.
Areas to be affected include along Thepkrasattri Rd southbound from Soi Laem Hin to the coast.
The outage will affect all of Koh Maphrao.
Nearby areas may also experience brief outages of about 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon, the PEA said in its announcement.
PEA Phuket apologised for the inconvenience and advised people with queries about the power outage to call the PEA Phuket branch at 076-210427-8 or contact PEA Phuket via the official Facebook page, or by calling the PEA hotline 1129.
