Adding to the island’s prestige, The Element by Triya earned Best Ultra Luxury Oceanview Villa Architectural Design (Phuket) for Triya Panwa. Meanwhile, Central Pattana achieved a double win in the south with Phyll Phuket II, awarded Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket), and Phyll Krabi, crowned Best Condo Development (Krabi).
These southern triumphs were joined by winners from Chiang Mai, Samui, Hua Hin, the Eastern Seaboard, and Bangkok, reflecting the nationwide diversity and strength of Thailand’s booming property markets.
In Bangkok, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited won its first-ever Best Developer award, as well as The Grand Riverfront Ratchapruek - Rama 5 development being awarded Best Green Residences. Real Asset Development Co., Ltd. earned the coveted title of Best Condo Development (Thailand) for Aestiq Thonglor, while Asset Five Group’s Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 was named Best Housing Development (Thailand).
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited collected four golden statuettes for developments across Greater Bangkok, while Land and Houses Public Company Limited matched this with wins including Vive New Krungthep Kreetha.
Retail and community developments were also recognised: Reignwood Park by Reignwood Group won Best Luxury Mega Township Development, while Hatch Dome – Asiatique The Riverfront Destination and Parade at One Bangkok impressed in design categories.
The organisers also presented special recognitions to three leaders in Thai real estate:
- Kamala Sukosol, President, Sukosol Hotels, received the inaugural Life Achievement Award, honouring her enduring impact on Thai hospitality and cultural preservation.
- Chadatip Chutrakul, chief executive officer of Siam Piwat Group, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year for her transformative leadership in retail.
- Supachoke Panchasarp, chief executive officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, received the first Rising Star award for redefining development opportunities in the self-built homes market.
Thai consumers also had their say, with the People’s Choice Awards highlighting the nation’s favourite developers. Winners included Areeya Property Public Company Limited, AssetWise, Central Pattana Residence, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, L.P.N. Development PCL., Land and Houses Public Company Limited, Major Development, Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, Sansiri Public Company Limited, and SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited.

The 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards were judged by an independent panel of experts, overseen by official supervisors HLB International Real Estate Group and HLB Thailand who upheld the fairness, transparency, and credibility of the selection process.
