In collaboration with Thailand’s leading property portals DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com, the long-running real estate awards programme celebrated the kingdom’s best real estate. Winners across nearly 70 categories were selected through a rigorous evaluation process led by an independent panel of judges and regional experts under the supervision of HLB Thailand to ensure fairness, transparency and credibility of the process.
Sansiri Public Company Limited won the coveted Best Developer award and also took home the Best Developer (Phuket) award, along with several accolades for outstanding projects across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Hua Hin.
Another big winner this year was Singha Estate Public Company Limited which won Best Condo Development (Thailand), Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok) and Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok).
Showcasing the diversity of real estate across Thailand, awardees from Bangkok, Phuket, the Eastern Seaboard, Samui, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin and the Northeast were recognised this year.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited was Phuket’s biggest winner on the night taking home four awards including Best Condo Developer (Phuket) while ONE Residence: Lakeside by Redwood Luxury won three including Best Lifestyle Housing Development (Phuket).
Other Phuket winners included Yadalong Property as Best Boutique Developer (Phuket); Villa Carte Group as Best Breakthrough Developer (Phuket); Kiara Reserve by Minor International and Kajima for Best Ultra Luxury Residential Development (Phuket); Naturale Phuket Luxury Pool Villa by AAG Development Co., Ltd. which won Best Luxury Housing / Villa Development (Phuket) and Best Health Inspired Development; Sudara by Princess Villa Ltd. and Lan Kwai Fong Group won Best Luxury Condo Development (Phuket); QAV Residence by RD Property Development Co., Ltd. was recognised as the Best Wellness Residential Development (Phuket); The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao by CG Capital Advisory Limited won Best Branded Residential Development; and Gardens Of Eden by Amal Group of Companies won Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket).
Sustainability was a recurring theme at this year’s awards and developers promoting health and wellness were also recognised.
New this year were the People’s Choice Awards, which honoured the country’s Top 10 Developers as voted by consumers as promoted on DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com. The inaugural winners comprise a distinguished group of companies from various real estate segments.
Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, chairman of the executive committee and group chief executive officer of WHA Corporation PCL, was recognised as the Real Estate Personality of the Year for driving the industrial, logistics, and energy sectors to new heights, both in Thailand and abroad.
