Sam is the current Seychelles National record holder for 50metres, 100m, and 200m breaststroke in both the 25m and 50m pool.

In 2016 he was selected for his first major international competition for the World Short Course swimming championships in Canada where he broke three National short course records.

At the recent Singapore World Cup Competition, whilst swimming against the world’s best, Sam was again successful in breaking his own records in the 50m and 100m breaststroke.

We are delighted that Sam has now been selected for the XX1 Commonwealth Games to be held at the Gold Coast, Australia next month from the 4th to the 15th of April, and wish him the very best of luck.
