Mr. Dreist has held the position of General Manager of Cape Sienna for over 17 years, he started during the pre-opening of the hotel.
He has shown great ownership, professionalism and unwavering effort to not only maintain but always further improve the hotel in terms of product and services provided to our valuable guests.
He has build a team around him with excellent commitment, strong morals based on loyalty, honesty, care and dedication. Many of the team members have been with Cape Sienna since the opening and even longer than that working with him in previous assignments.
Mr. Dreist has been invaluable to the success of Cape Sienna and under his leadership the team and hotel has strived to achieve the best results for the company but also keeping the important balance of understanding staff needs and owners needs and expectations.
